      Rough - everything an issue since change over from Susquehanna. Policies, paperwork, hassle. Can't deposit checks without you there unless agreement on file. Can't give you a balance because we misplaced your signature card. Escrow account transfer issues. Just stay away - many better options, and some that don't sell every 2 years.

      They are closed on Saturdays at this branch because they are short staffed??? I guess that’s what happens when they reduced their workforce to cut costs and now I have to drive to the warminster branch on Saturdays and wait 20 minutes in their drive thru because they’re short staffed also.
