  Look no further, David is the guy you want to work with! I recently went through a divorce and needed to refi the house into my name. Being self employed it is a bit more difficult to get a mortgage. The person I worked with before told me I was out of luck. A friend referred me to David and not only did he get it done, he checked in regularly while the divorce was playing out and took the time to go over scenarios I don’t know how many times the numbers in the divorce kept shifting around. He could have easily walked away like the other guy but he didn’t. He got it done! My daughter and I get to stay in our home and for that I am grateful. Thank you David!

  Dave at Spectrum was great. Very easy to get in touch with and would respond right away whenever we had question. He provided us with a rate of 2.875% when the big banks quoted us 3.30%. I recommended him to my brother who bought a house 2 months after me and he got an even lower rate.

  David was wonderful to work with. He answered our numerous questions and made sure we understood the refinancing process. David was always easy to get in contact with and responded to our phone calls and emails promptly. He worked hard to come up with the best rate for us and because of that we are now saving money due to the refinance. I would highly recommend working with him.

  Dave at Spectrum Mortgage helped us with the purchasing of our home in 2019. He was so helpful with that, that we went back to him to refinance a couple years later.
