      This place is awful. Needed help fixing my account the lady that dealt with me was rude as hell. She treated me like I was trying to steal my own money and wouldn't accept my ID as proof of me being me and wanted a birth certificate, which I totally carry on me all the time. Went to another branch and they fixed my problem very simply instead of doing what this miserable excuse for a woman did by deciding I wasn't worth her time. She very strongly had me considering a new bank.
