  This branch is a joke. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else. Had an appointment for 9am cause this branchs lobby is always closed (other branches lobbies are open) ??? Showed up, lobby locked, knocked, no answer, called and was told sorry computer is down..... Well you coulda called me since I had to make an appointment! It's called customer service people..

  Problematic bank with a petty branch manager. She yelled at my wife, then when my wife yelled back they deactivated or cards and closed our account. We've had nothing but problems since we opened our account. Terrible. Go somewhere else. Or keep your money under your mattress. DON'T USE THIS BANK.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, they put up a smile but will then stab you in the back to get your money at all cost!!! I have been a Suntrust customer for over 16 years, and the experience has been decent. However, the moment I inform them that I plan to take out a significant portion of money for other investment. They then lied to me and misinform me into making a poor financial decision. Long story short, what should have been a simple transaction resulted in me paying additional penalties to get my money out of the bank.

  Great location with friendly staff. I never have to wait long and everyone is nice and helpful. While I wish their hours were longer, I still find this location very convenient.
