  I never liked Orion after I started using them but i kept using them anyway. My main thing is i want to see my pending transactions and i always want my balance to reflect accurately. This was a major problem with them being that I wasn’t able to see pending transactions until days later. A couple days ago Orion got an app update, my my my it’s a headache! I can no longer transfer money from my checking to my credit card. I no longer have access to lock and unlock my card, and it seems like now they never even answer the phone. There’s a new feature that allows you to send them a message through the app. When i sent a message asking how to use the lock and unlock feature they responded and said “i unlocked your card” completely furious i called over and over again to no avail because again they don’t answer the phone anymore. I finally replied and informed them that i did not ask or give them permission to unlock my card and asked them to lock it back. They responded and said they closed my card. Again furious because why?? Like I really wish I didn’t have a credit card with these people

  Avoid at all costs. Have not helped me in any way. Don't do boat loans, don't do jumbo mortgages, auto loan interest rate is more than car dealers, had debit card system compromised twice (not my card, their system) and cancelled my card while on vacation, and won't adjust a credit reporting issue. I'm out as soon as I can get my direct deposit adjusted. Been with them over 40 years. Try to bank locally with a small bank.

  Ive dealt with quite few credit unions an this one by far the worst when comes to technology. App definitely needs a serious overhaul. The system set-up to charge overdraft fees than it turns around the next day an charge late fees on top of the overdraft. Never get any bank statements...I'm done here

  Generally credit unions are more user friendly than banks. This credit union is a clear exception to that. I've had terrible banks that were easier to deal with. Their motto should be: "We really don't care."

  Quick easy and accurate. I may switch my regular bank over to this credit union. They’re great!

  This is more of a review of the online banking system, since I have never visited a branch office (I don't live in TN). The entire time i had an account with this credit union they continually lowered the interest rates while at the same time increasing the requirements for getting those interest rates. In addition, their customer service is unhelpful and slow. And don't believe their automated system when it says you can get a call back when it's your turn; they will not ever call you back.

  Mobile customer care system - broken - says no staff due to covid Chat system - broken - server - ended chat Email system - broken - does not respond On-line site looks good but agents never knew about their own system IDK why on the earth FCU is still operating
