  This BB&T branch is the best. Everyone from the manager all the way down to the tellers are extremely friendly and helpful. I was previously banking with Wells Fargo and was very upset with their customer service, turnover of employees and the amount of times I had to close and change accounts because of security reasons (4 times in one year). However, as of yet for over a year I haven't had that problem with BB&T. I highly recommend this bank for all your banking needs. You won't be disappointed. You'll feel special. It's nice to be treated with kindness and not like a number. Give them the opportunity to be of service. You'll agree with me. Thank you BB&T for being just the way you are.

  A- | Of all the banks in the area you can tell this company REALLY wants your business I spoke to the manager and the attention to detail was immaculate. They sent me home with all the necessary documentation and files to do my homework on the company as well as competitive stats. I really felt like they were hungry for my business, these days not too many companies care about good customer service.
