Teller put me on hold immediately and then after hold she was really short with me. I asked her a question she said "I don't know" and hung up. That type of behavior is unprofessional and rude. Please keep it professional at all times.

Terrible service from Ashley. On hold for a while just to get snoody comments during our conversation. Won’t be doing business with Springfield bbt anymore because of this.
