  I worked with Scott Morgan of Savannah River Mortgage after my bid was accepted for my new home and I went with a no money down VA loan. There are so many steps involved into processing a VA loan, but these guys literally took care of everything. If I needed a signature or if I needed to retrieve any forms from my banking side of things, I got a brief phone call. And Scott answered all of our questions we had for him. And we only stepped in his office one time. Everything else was either a simple scan or a digital signature. Zero hassle on my end and I strongly recommend these guys over anybody else!

  Scott has helped me purchase 2 homes in the last 10 years. His knowledge and easy going attitude made the entire process comfortable and allowed us to focus on finding a house. I asked him a million questions about multiple scenarios from different lenders with points and he didn’t bat an eye at taking the time to answer every one. It doesn’t matter if you have no idea about a mortgage or how to get prequalified, Scott can walk you through it all. We will be be back to see him for house 3 when the time comes.
