  Went the this branch because it was the only SunTrust in town with weekend hours. So glad we did! A+ personalized customer service!!! Annette, the assistant manager, and Michael, the manager, were friendly, efficient, and patient in helping us with our various requests. I've never had such an enjoyable banking experience. This branch is not the nearest one to us, but will definitely be driving the extra distance to continue to bank here. Thank you Annette and Michael!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I LOVE suntrust however this branch has the WORST employees. My husband went to re-open his account after moving back in state. The horrible customer service started over the phone when trying to simply inquire about his account. The gentleman he spoke to, Randy, didn't really want to have anything to do with his account until he was told by my husband that it was an easy account to reopen. Then he asked what time my husband was off which was 5 and stated when he would be leaving the branch which was 6:15. Not once was an appointment set. We get there around 5:45 due to my husband being held up at work. We were told to sit at a desk and he would be with us in just a minute.....after about 7 other customers,45 mins, & watching him close his drawer for end of shift we finally got up and told them we were leaving. Then Randy decided to try and throw the line "well your appointment was at 5:30" at that point I informed him that was not the case. I nor my husband will ever step foot in this branch again.

  I opened a savings account here and everyone was so nice which made the experience quite positive! A Well organized Bank They Explained to me all of my options. A fast efficient Bank geared toward a customer on the go.

  Oh yeah I just went through the drive-thru so was nothing spectacular seems like every other drivers who have been through not very spectacul

  Polite, competent staff. Open extra days and hours because it's in Walmart. Frequently busy in the early evening, go in early if you can.

  Closes at 4 but I went at 3 and it was close they need to fix that
