Mark Thomas1Truist is acknowledged by the FDIC to be the least consumer oriented bank. They cashed a fraudulent check on my account that was stolen from my house (by a ring of thieves that are currently being prosecuted, not a guest in my house) and claimed that I had failed to safeguard my checks so they didn't refund the money.

PogoCorpse PeepShow2The employees are friendly enough. However,I do not understand how their drive thru can move SO SLOWWWWWW 95% of the time.On my last trip there to make a deposit I got super frustrated & left after sitting in line for well over 15 minutes and not one car moved the whole time - absolutely ridiculous!!!!! If you can, save your time and go to the Sabraton location they always seem to get people in & out quickly.

Heidi Freeman Sypolt1Horrible drive through service. Pulled up to one lane closed and other lanes full. Pulled in behind someone and another car comes in and the closed lane turns green and the lane I have been sitting in closes. And closing the drive thru before 4 pm? Seriously! And one lone teller working all 6+ lanes of the drive thru by herself.

Sara Maloney1If I had the ability to give 0 stars, I would. This bank is AWFUL. They are crooks. They charge fraudulent overdraft fees, and conveniently only certain items hit in the order BB&T wishes so that you are charged an overdraft. Then, when confronted about it, they have no actual answers and instead tell you "there's nothing we can do". This is criminal!

Keith Keblesh1I've never had a worse banking experience, always closing early, atm never works properly. Always something wrong & they're never willing to help you out with anything.

Sara Huynh1This bank gets a 0 star, not only do they wreck your accounts with high fees, they aren't willing to be helpful with transaction issues. Even when it is their fault, they will discredit you. Also, you only have one free waive every 2 years. Enjoy that. And I am sitting here currently at their ATM, the ATM had an error mid transaction and ate all of my money, no reciept, no rent money, no means of contacting because there is no number on the ATM to call for these issues. Also, I've been on hold for over an hour.
