      After spending 208 min. holding to speak to a Truist representative I decided to call this location. This is the location where I had opened my accounts. I was placed on hold & after several min called again. The same women answered & from go was rude. She didn't want too hear or help me. Instead of listening to what I was asking she continously spoke over me, going round & round because she wasn't listening to my 2 simple questions. This is unacceptable to be treated this way. To be made to feel that my time wasn't worth hers because she thinks I work for her is unacceptable. She was rude, defensive & condescending. After this I would NEVER recommend banking with this bank (especially at this location).

      First let me say myself and my family have been with this branch for a lifetime, 60+ yrs combined. This was once a great branch which I had 0 issues with. Not so much anymore… This branch has went downhill gradually until its where its at now, rock bottom. Service is horrible all the way around. A constant turn over of employees. The bank managers are inexperienced, non attentive and not trustworthy. I’ve had several instances where I was treated as an enemy and not a customer, Not ok. Any issues I’ve ever had with my account the employees arw clueless on how to go about fixing and always leave me hanging with no resolve. I literally have to call back multiple times and argue with multiple people to get any resolve from any issue I’ve had. My bank account somehow seems to get hacked on an average of 2 to 3 times a year as well. Once that happens it’s a ridiculous process to get my account back to normal. I’m confused how one branch can have so many bank accounts compromised on the regular? It seems after all these years using this branch that I will now have to go find another bank to bank with. It’s a shame that no one from BB&T upper management has recognized and stepped up to the plate to resolved the issues with this branch. When your rating is a 2.9 out of five stars and you’re a bank, I think that speaks for itself. We will be taking our money elsewhere, Pitiful.

      Love all the service I have gotten. When I have a problem they are all over it until it is resolved. It is even the same in the drive through. A most wonderful bank and employees!! Every woman there is awesome!

      After waiting 40 minutes to make a payment in person I was told to just be patient. Do not waste any time here they are completely incompetent

      Beware of this location! Extremely Rude bank manager (Mary)! I was working with a time sensitive issue regarding my account and she completely ignored all my emails and blatantly lied to me several times when I came into the branch. I have since taken my business to another Bank due to her!

      I have been with BB&T for many years. When I started my new job Feb/2017 my check comes in the mail so every other Thursday I went to the Branch on Rosemont to cash, deposit, or both my check. Well today the teller lady tells me the since it's posted(which I never really paid any mind to)for the next day so there is nothing she can do about my check not even deposit it. I understand the policy but I felt that since I've been able to do it for the past 4mons that I should have been explained the Policy but still have my check at least deposited. I asked to speak to a manager and Mary came to the window. She explained to me again and I told her I've been able to do it and that she coyks check my account herself and see just how many times it's been done. Mary didn't do it and would not take my check. I will not be returning to this Branch!!

      While polite only one teller working both the car lane and inside and she was answering calls! Very frustrating there was a long line. Its a Saturday there should be at least 2 tellers!
