  I’m out enjoying this little day. Decided to stroll over to grab cash from the nearest bank. So I go over to BB&T. Walk inside and was promptly greeted. Which is why I’m giving this short review a 2. However i noticed, No ATM inside the building or in front of the building. Asked a teller about It and since I’m not a customer of the bank, can’t be serviced inside. So I was directed to WALK thru the drive thru to use an ATM.

  Not a very good bank overall. I keep a list of their mistakes, a list of problems with their on-line banking. The branches are powerless to make corrections due to everything being decided at headquarters. We closed most of the accounts with this bank and kept just a few. I've been with the bank for five plus years. (time goes by so quickly. It used to be a top notch bank but it is and acts like a huge bank now.....not a local feel.

  IN THE BRANCH: The managers (especially the Assistant Manager) do not care about their customers and will tell you anything to get you to leave. BUT THE DRIVE THRU: Frederick (the best teller in the world) is an all out SUPERSTAR. I have never gotten better customer service than I do from him consistently. The difference between customer service from management vs. tellers is stark and off-putting.

  Was told I couldn’t open a checking account and to do it online since only 2 of them were there.

  THE NEW GIRL WHO ATTENDED ME NOW, SHE GIVES VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF YOU CAN'T GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON'T LOOK FOR THESE TYPES OF WORK, AND STAY AT HOME GIVING A BAD FACE...
