  I've been banking with SunTrust for two years now and the staff has been nothing short of helpful, courteous and professional at this location. For that, I'm grateful. In addition, I've had no issues with my checkings account or SunTrust thus far.

  The manager at this location helped me gain confidence in banking. She was very understanding and passionate for my financial confidence. Strongly recommend for biz accounts to secure creditcard. She helped me and my family with all. I can’t believe this place had a 1 Star before my input. I will bank here for life due to her help.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Worst bank ever. Go anywhere but there. Ridiculous I had account there and they froze my money with no explanation and fraud suspected but only because I called to inquire about some charges before that no problems. Now I have to wait for a check in the mail

  Awful. Just went there to get change and they wouldn't even do that for me. Said I had to be a client of SunTrust. Way to get clients by turning potentials away. Smh.
