  I've never had such an awful experience at a bank. I never write reviews for things but after the drive through teller started off our interaction by screaming in the mic and proceeding to condescend to me after not trying to help me at all with what I was trying to do(which I know she could've because I was a bank teller for 3 years). She never lowered her voice once, and I had had enough and told her to lower her voice and send the tube back because I couldn't stand to interact with her anymore. Guess there's a reason I've never heard of this bank.

  (Old review )After reading the reviews I will find another place to conduct business . (New review ) I should have listened to my instinct and left this bank alone , honestly the only reason I stayed is cause of Anthony. In the month of February alone I had over $500 in fees , an additional $150 last week I paid it again , , now negative again after this weekend. At this point I feel like I'm getting robbed . Stay away, Anthony leave while you have some morals and decency ,they as good as wells fargo! (Which is not good at all )

  I'm surprised to see any negative statements in regards to BB&T Bank. Everyone i have had contact with has been very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is the 2.50 charge for ATM & phone calls to the bank. I give them 4 and half rating,,but had to do 5.

  Very poor customer service. Always a long wait. Bank manager encouraged me to get checks through BB&T, said they were free, then charged my account $75.00. Despite realizing she made a mistake she refused to reimburse my account. Never experienced anything like this.

  It was ok. There system was down, and I went in for a property loan, didn't get a respond for a week.

  Staff is not pleasant. Arrived at the drive thru and I got a negative tone "it's going to be a while"! Not hello or how is your day or welcome to BB&T. I got three to four "it's going to be a while"! BB&T how about welcoming your customers

  We had a great experience with this bank. The manager, Anthony, is top notch. He has clearly done what was needed to make this branch turn a 180. I recommend it highly.

  Great people, but totally under staffed. The bank is missing an opportunity to come into the market strong and provide customer service. Friday morning line was 8 people at 9:30 and 1 teller on site.

  The staff is ridiculous rude. The service isn’t good either, they are just unfriendly and can’t even help you with easy questions.

  This is the worst bbt... the people are so unhelpful, so unkind, waste your time, and SLOWEST. Have walked out there so annoyed to many times.
