  Eric was so amazing to work with! Answered any question, big or small, at his first convenience at any time! He’s also very familiar with the market, specifically the local market! I wanted someone who knew what it was like to buy a home in Philadelphia, not just buying a home. Additionally, he and my agent worked really well together and there were no major road bumps on his end with getting me to my closing. Highly recommend!

  Eric and the team were amazing in our condo-buying process! Loved getting a detailed timeline of things to expect as the process went along and to know the entire team. Everyone was quick to answer our questions and to make things run smoothly. It was especially great for us who were from out of state, to be able to trust someone entirely with this purchase. There were never any unpleasant surprises and everything was done in a timely fashion. Would definitely work with them again or recommend to friends.

  Terrific experience from beginning to end. Eric and the team were extremely responsive, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. There weren't any surprises along the way, and everything went as smoothly as one could want.   ***** Update: Make sure you double check your closing docs... it would have been nice if someone would have mentioned that in PA buyers and sellers often/sometimes split closing costs. I ended up paying the full amount and was never given a heads up. Yes, I could have done my homework a bit better... but for a first time homebuyer, there's a lot going on and every bit of advice helps (especially when you're being pressured by tight timelines from a questionable/likely fraudulent sale {be wary of Compass}). Also I've noticed that when your realtor/agent/broker always "has a guy" for ______ , just take an extra second to do your own due diligence. Well worth it in the end. ********* I was given Eric's name by my agent, and I'm very glad that was the case. From the very beginning I was put at ease, as Eric informed me of more than one opportunity to secure lower rates than I was offered by my bank (WFC) and other quotes I had received. Highly recommend especially if you are looking in the PA / Philadelphia area.. Eric knows about all of the various programs and opportunities specific to this area. He was extremely responsive, even returning a call as he was dropping kids off for school - not necessary but very much appreciated. His team even dug into home/auto bundles for me and provided a range of quotes. The entire process was seamless, even with COVID being a factor.
