  Not helpful when it comes to learning about loan services. While I realize it's the end of their day, I hurried from work to get here for information on a topic I know nothing about. Looks like he was annoyed. Only told me one sentence of information. Felt extremely rushed out. I still know nothing about the topic.

  This is the slowest bank ever. I waited in like 15 minutes to get my money out. On top of that they have a rule that you can not make a withdrawal on funds that are still pending so I had to wait an extra 24hrs just to be able to withdraw money I could see in my account.

  Absolutely disgraceful customer service and policies, couldn't cash out a check because i didn't have a physical ID even when i had a photo of my social and license along with the evidence to back it up, clerk who cashed it out prior then claimed to have never met me, if management could replace these two with more helpful and professional workers they'd have better success.

  This bank cashed a fraudulent check that does not even look like a check we would have used. Suntrust is, by far, the worse bank I have ever worked with and their customer service representatives: Valeria, Latonya, Gregory, are all lacking in customer service professionalism. My best advice is do not write checks, and better yet, do not use Suntrust for your banking needs. This is a bank that will make you suffer while they complete an investigation into why their Marietta branch could not tell the difference between a fake check and a real one. I am disgusted.

  My husband and I went in and opened our accounts in no time everything went smooth and quick. We have been so happy with SunTrust staff and services. Thanks for making our lives a little simpler SunTrust.

  My review says one star, but what I really meant was zero stars. Staff speaks broken English and their money transfer process is the most cumbersome I've ever experienced. Waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru to make a simple deposit with cash back. I'm actually waiting on hold with them right now. Will close my accounts with them if they ever pick up.

  Update: they have included a new drive thru atm. Sometimes it undercounts. I have changed my rating. There is no drive thru atm so had to use walk up atm but half the time I go, it's down. Very irritating to have a machine be down when you need to withdraw and the next suntrust is 10 miles away.

  I just spent 1 1/2 hours waiting at the bank to close a duplicate account that the manager opened in error. What’s great is that after all that waiting and watching the stream of all the other Suntrust customers storm out in anger, I have to come back another day to finish the closing process. Opening an account with Suntrust has been one of my greatest regrets.

  their atm machine will literally STEAL YOUR MONEY. The machine under counts the cash every time. I have told them about this problem over nine months ago and they refuse to fix it.

  The only employee worth a damn here is Gus. His manager Steven is inept and will give you whatever answer that requires the least amount of work for him. Do not bank with SunTrust! Especially for your business!
