  I have been a Realtor for 14 plus years and have seen my share of lenders. Jared and Affinity Home Lending has been one of the best lenders that I've ever worked with. He separates himself from all the other lenders in two different ways. #1 He cares! He cares about his clients getting a great deal and cares that they have a great experience. #2 He pays attention to all the details involved and never drops the ball. Clients having a great experience is very important to Jared. Therefore, it is very common for fast approvals and on time closings. One of the most stressful parts for buyers are delays in closings. Most lenders just tell you to just suck it up and move the closing date. Most lenders don't care that you have to re-arrange your work schedule, change all your turn-on dates for your utilities, call the moving company to change the dates, and so much more. Jared strives for all his clients to have stress-free on time closings. If you need a lender that brings these experiences to the table, I am very confident that you will find that with Jared and his team.

  My experiences with Affinity Home Lending were absolutely amazing. The quality of service is bar none. The team is committed to excellence, and will go above and beyond to work with clients before, during, and after business hours to make ends meet. Communication levels were high and prompt. Phone calls were returned and emails answered in a timely manner. I cannot thank Jeff Dark and Affinity for all they have done to make my first home buying experience an excellent one. I would recommend this company to all friends and family for their home buying experience to be A+.

  Amazing experience!! Amy and Lisa were extremely responsive whenever I had questions. We sold and bought a house on the same closing day with no issues. Best part?! The incredible rates Amy was able to lock in for us!

  When we found out that we were being priced out of our apartment, we had only 60 days to find a house and get a mortgage. Thank goodness we found Affinity Home Lending. Louis and Ashley went above and beyond to get us a mortgage with a great rate. This was our first time buying a house, so we expected there would be a lot of paperwork. We were totally unprepared for the volume of document production required by the underwriter. Through it all, Ashley was there to guide us and calm our nerves. Louis was there to explain any document we didn't understand and to talk us down when we were convinced that all hope was lost. Our experience with Affinity Home Lending was completely positive. At all times, Louis and Ashley were professional, empathetic to our situation and, most of all, honest. Because of their hard work, we were able to close on our new home with 26 days to spare. We would recommend Affinity Home Lending without reservation. They know their business and they treat their customers with respect.

  Jason and team were fantastic throughout the whole process! It was our first experience with buying a house and Jason was willing to explain every little detail that I questioned, even over a Zoom call so I could see the different aspects he was talking about. We seriously appreciate all of the teams work in helping us close on our first home!
