Truist Reviews

Josephine D1Since the merger, Truist has been a nightmare. This particular location has very rude bankers. My appointment was booked with a confirmation email from their website and they were quite displeased I was even there. I overheard the banker have an upsetting conversation with another client, and she perpetrated that anger onto me. I certainly didn't make her hate her job. Once I finalize my business with Truist, I will no longer bank with them. Their app sucks, and their customer service sucks. Bank elsewhere or atleast avoid this branch locations.

Lucas Hasenfus1This place is never open, the security officer(s) are way too rude, the people working behind counters seem like they don’t even know how to do their job. Every day something new causes this location to close it’s honestly really annoying. The best BB&T experience I’ve gotten since moving to Richmond was their ATMs, that’s ab it.

Te P1Awful. The younger girl who works the counter is terrible. I came in to transfer money from one account to another and then close that account as I had been hit with fraud. I had my debit card cancelled and came into get a temporary card and a new one delivered. Walked out feeling better. Now it's been 2.5 weeks and I finally walk into a different branch because the temporary card she gave me never worked. Turns out that she NEVER ACTIVATED IT. And that's not all. My savings account was NEVER CLOSED EITHER. Think that's the worst of it? Wrong. SHE NEVER EVEN ORDERED MY REPLACEMENT CARD despite assuring me she had. It's been 2.5 weeks without access to my funds and now I have to wait another 5-7 business days to get my debit card. She is a complete idiot. I guess all those papers I signed meant absolutely nothing. Horrible service, lies, don't go there.

Tania M1I have had an unfortunate account for 2 years with them. I have never, at its most literal term, had a positive experience with their service. Not only are their staff, including their directors, extremely rude but their banking services are just as awful. I never changed, for I thought it was a just THAT branch, but no its is ALL their branches and offices. Truly do yourself a favor and DO NOT bank with them...zero benefits!!

Joyann Diggs3The wait time can get very impatient sometimes, as you can see the expression on the customers face. The employees are nice, but I feel like there needs to be more employees available during peek times when there is a large crowd to consume.

Harrison Williams4Good people, not a whole lot of patience because they are swamped all day long. But definitely skilled enough to get everything you need done in a short amount of time.

Greg Hough1Generally try to avoid this location. They do as little as possible to help. Staples Mill at 64 is much better.
