The management at this bank does not provide enough help to take care of customers in a timely manner during the lunch rush. That is the only time I have to do my banking. Typically, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get my business done here. The 2 tellers work hard to complete each person's business quickly and correctly, but when the lines are out the door and the drive through windows have a line-up of cars waiting, someone else needs to pitch in to help take care of the customers. No other bank that we deal with has this problem. A good manager would see that this is a constant problem and take steps to correct it. After several years of doing business here, I have not seen any attempt to correct this at all.

I always have a great time when i come this bank. Service is fast (i dont know when other people are going that say it's always slow?), the staff are always friendly and helping, if there's ever a problem with my account or i have a question pertaining to it i can shoot an email to them and expect a response in a couple hours. They also helped me build my credit up from nothing with their secured card. Great bank with great people.

I normally do not post negative feedback but for suntrust i will make an exception. This new company does not share any of my values, i have done business there through several name changes. No longer will i do business with a company that doesn't share my family views

OK you have to use your debit card 10 times or you will be charged a maintenance fee every month or make 10 transactions or have $300 in your account. I can't seem to get anything done here though the staff are very friendly, Doesn't have that small town atmosphere feeling like a credit Union here does. Feel more like a number then a person in here. Management and staff are super friendly and they do their best to take care of you but since this is a nationwide branch small town people don't get this small town feeling as they would a credit Union. A people owned place. They only look at your number here they don't look at a relationship just your credit score. I went to employ resources credit Union got treated like a person and have always been done right. I have loans and accounts at both this bank in the credit Union I get way more done at the credit Union with way better rates. I know what's out of their hands but like I said you're a number and this is a corporate nationwide bank versus a small town community owned credit union. Staff are friendly though and do assist the best they can but they have to answer to higher up who only care about profits. Tanya is a branch manager here she's friendly and so are the personnel. But I can't get any business done here unfortunately, But thinking of moving all of our account somewhere else. Where you are a person and not just the number. I was called by corporate and asked about my experiences here based on a survey i took and I told them the truth then a week later approximately the branch manager called me and asked why I left the bad review and I was clear I did not intend on leaveing a bad review on the staffs service but a bad review on the bank itself but it was on correctable at that point. I cannot get anything done at this bank, Not even a prepaid credit card when I have credit cards other places no problem at all, actually 2 different companies. My mother was a branch manager at suntrust for over 20 years and she left them due to promotions and raises being given to those based on what their spouses make so I should have known from my mother's decades of experience but I took a gamble and as of now I'm still here but I very rarely frequent this place. I get a dreary felling when I go in here. It may be for you but it's not for us we choose local banks and spend money locally. I hope this is help you out make a decision you can go elsewhere and not pay fees or you can go here and be charged for not using your card.

I've been with SunTrust for many years and for as long as I've been a customer, the location in Lawrenceburg TN has been extremely slow. Every time I come in, there's a bread line a mile long! They need to seriously hire more, faster workers This is ridiculous. I'm actually considering switching banks because I am tired of waiting so long for simple transactions.

Do you want a bank that spells your name correctly, sends your mail to the address you specify and doesn't place ridiculous and unnecessary holds on your paycheck deposit? Then go somewhere else.

This bank charged my widowed mother $5,750.00 early termination fee to cash-in my deceased father's CD. If you have CD's with Suntrust Bank, I hope your family doesn't need the money as badly as Suntrust Bank does!

The new hours are extremely inconvenient. This bank is already the slowest bank I have ever used, but now I'm forced to go there at the noon hour. The noon hour at this bank is very crowded and it is already a slow service bank.
