They’re always fast but if there happens to be a line, the manager always comes out to talk with the customers and one lady only waited like 3 or 4 minutes behind the person at the window and the manager took off a fee for her for her wait. (She didn’t take my fee off though and I was 3rd in line and had to wait longer) idk why that was but other than that, I’ve always had great customer service.

I don't even have an account here but they know me and are always friendly and courteous. I love this bank. Sometimes my own bank is rude to me and it's not a SunTrust Bank.

I called to ask to speak with an individual within private wealth management only to find out that person was no longer with the company, so I asked to speak with another individual I was directed to speak with and that women on the phone took a snotty attitude, and said I'm not going to look for that person. First off, you guys directed me to the wrong office and should have known that person was not there, and then offered to assist in finding the proper person to speak with. Secondly, who treats people like that, especially someone looking for private wealth management, you must not understand how banks make money. Sorry SunTrust, but because of the way I was spoken to I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Mike Hall2Be sure when you go there you got more than enough time to wait because it takes forever and a day to even get to the line and God help more than 5 people in line you will be in the bank at least an hour or so
