rebecca curtis1I have never had adequate service much less good service at the Perry Hall Branch. It's impossible to get a call back from the manager/assistant manager and so I can't schedule an appointment. Can't wait to get my money out of this bank!

Greg Stein1just like the recent review says, am currently closing my 5 accounts and refinancing mortgage jus to get away from this place. Branch never open,...if drive through is open, takes 45 minuntes to deposit cash. ridiculous overdraft fees, and 1 hour wait time on the phone.

Gabbi1If zero stars was an option, that’s what this bank would be getting. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS BANK YOUR MONEY!!! I closed my accounts with them on December 2, 2021 and on December 17, 2021 I was still being charged!! I was then hit with an overdraft fee because there wasn’t any money in the account… because it was CLOSED. I called customer service and explained the situation. I have all of the proof backing that I closed out my accounts earlier in the month and that nothing should even be able to be charged to the account. They were not helpful AT ALL. They told me there was nothing they could do… Nothing they can do??? This shouldn’t even have happened. The account was supposed to be closed!!! Now they’re hitting me with an “extended overdraft fee” on top of the initial one. This has to be a joke. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Julia Gotts1Banking hours are not convenient during the week when you work. Went to get money out of the ATM 2 days ago and it would only as for my preference list. Not able to get money. Very frustrating banking with Suntrust now.
