  Truist does not credit account with deposits timely. Holds onto money that should be deposited into checking account by next business day.

  ZERO STARS WOULD BE A BETTER OPTION This branch is a HUGE joke.... doors locked, you can't go in, must be COVID at the door. Go to the drive thru and they are w worthless. I need an area manager to call me about this branch.... The unprofessionaliam and unwillingness to help is absolutely ridiculous.

  Opened checking and savings accounts quickly due to Kelly's polite professional manner! She really knows how to get you through the process and on your way quickly ! Great asset to Truist !!

  Absolutely the worst banking experience of my professional life. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. They closed my account for a form they forgot to have signed. I had signed the form and returned it to them but they had lost it. No notice, no phone call, no correspondence just closed my account right during payroll. Refused to give me the funds back and told me it will take up to 20 days to receive a check in the mail. Previous experiences include forgetting to order debit cards and taking 6 months to return funds from fraud activity and lost night deposits. Extremely rude manager and incompetent customer service bankers. Many banks in town to choose from ...don't use this one.

  Stephanie and Lane were amazing! They’re wonderful bankers. Lane was a life saver after he was so informative helped me with some complicated changes for my account and answered all my questions. They were both wonderful. I’m so impressed with their customer service it’s incredible! 👑

  Terrible bank. Kept us waiting for over 30 minutes without even someone saying they will be with us shortly or sorry it's taking so long. I went to the teller and asked how long it would be and if someone could help us (our presence wasn't even acknowledged) and her response was "you can go have a seat and wait for a banker, they are all busy". Terrible customer service. We got up and left.
