  Miguel was SUPER rude. Went to open up a new account and was told it couldn’t be done in the 45 minutes before closing and turned away. There were no other customers. Asked to speak to a manager and was told rudely the manager was busy and wasn’t to be bothered by complaining customers. Rude employees and NOT considerate of the working class. It takes 20 minutes to open an account tops. No wonder everyone uses Chase and Bank of America.

  Everyone in this Bank moves like molasses. For the simplest transactions such as a cash deposit be prepared to wait a good 15 minutes or more either inside or drive-thru. Slow af every time its painful & a joke at the same time.

  If you need a banker, make sure to ask for anyone other that Miguel Lara. He was the rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. Condescending, unfriendly, and incompetent. I am very shocked Truist allows someone like him to have a customer facing role.

  The tellers are friendly but the management of the bank are incompetent. Received a home equity loan through them and what a nightmare. Didn't follow through with returned phone calls as promised and the closing took forever. By the way i am a retired banker.

  Got a car loan here and paid it off after 6 months in August. No correspondence from this bank confirming the loan was paid, but account shows a 0 balance and it's off my credit report. The state still shows a lien so I cannot gee the title. Have emailed Brian at the bank 3 times now and although a follow up is promised, I have received no updates. Very frustrating to go through this and I will not be using this bank for further car purchases.

  Can't get ahold of anyone at a branch for some help. Their app isn't working either for payments on the first of the month go figure.

  Employee was nice but don't think you are going to get change going to the bank. If your not a client there they won't do it.

  They say they close at 12pm on Saturdays but they don’t they lock their doors wayyyy before 12, that is ridiculous
