  Attempted to get our house refinanced with Michael. He wanted us to get a loan for double the amount we requested. We said we didn’t want to do that and went through another lender. Then got a letter saying from his office saying that he denied our loan due to insufficient funds to close the loan. I called him and asked him to fix this because it wasn’t true. We just didn’t want a loan for double the amount we asked for. He refused to fix it and said I had to file a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection to try and get it corrected. Beware of the person!

  I'd like to give no stars for this place every time myself family or friends go here it's always a hassle even with all the account information and IDs still didn't want to cash my paycheck so never again will I return here I'll stick to the other bb&t

  I give No stars !!! I don’t recommend going to them.. It’s always a issue when I take money out of my account
