  Very upset at this bank again. Customer service here is horrible before the virus and even worse now. cars wrapped around the building out into the streets because they are nothing like Wells Fargo who has all their lines open they have enough people in line to help the customers and make sure that the traffic flows. Once I got to the teller the Atm machine it did not work ..after waiting in a long time. I went to the ATM because each line was full. so I had to go to Wells Fargo to do my withdrawal and pay a fee terrible 😒 I've got to change banks. It's sad they don't even care.

  Don't go here waited on banker he really didn't know alot.Had me sit in chair for branch banker or manager who was helping someone else.Watched him go in and out of office several times.A group of people came in and had appointment he never said a word about being too busy or would be long while was already after 4. That was my first time there will be my last.A complete waste of time.Looks like these banks can't get good help!

  This bank is nothing with trouble they held my check for over 30 days they would never give me a clear reason of why they were holding it

  I went to think bank to do a deposit. They are using the car lanes which is acceptable because of Covid. I was the 4th car in line and I waited over 40 mins to be seen. There are no instructions on the canisters. I sent my information up and waited a good 7-10 mins before anyone even acknowledged that i was there. Mind you there are so many cars behind me waiting. It took almost any hour between the wait in line and the wait to deposit once at the front. They move really slow in there. It's so inconvenient

  Just started banking with them and because of new customer they said they took. couldn't replace my overdraft feesI'$36 and I asked for someone to replace it They did not and I am not happy because they knw that someone utilize my Account wrong! a business push the wrong amount over charge my card! My overdaft fees double! The customer service is very poor

  This is a horrible bank at this location they take forever when inside, ignore you when there is no one around and God forbid you try and call they NEVER answer, what's the point of even having a phone number to call.

  I have been banking with them for several years. I own a business and have to deposit at other banks too. Bb&t is the fastest bank when it comes to doing the transactions and customer service. I am normally on and out with them. I would never, never switch banks or branch. Yes, their ATM might have issues some times but the customer services replaces the ATM.

  Bessemer is by far the worst bank to bank with. They are rude untimely and dont answer there phones. You can tell there specialty Is not customer service

  very rude and bad customer service. They give you a hard time when they don’t seem to understand you.
