  I have been banking with BBT which is now Truist for close to 10 years. Today I was discriminated against and lied to! I was told that I could not cash a check and that I could only deposit. I asked when did this policy change and the teller could not give me a date . All she said was this has been this way since I started. I called a different location and I was told that this policy is not true and this was at the particular tellers discretion. Unacceptable!! Do not bank here. Truist is a horrible place to do business!

  I have been using this branch of BB&T for over 10 years. It is convenient and the staff is always helpful. I am greeted with a smile and by name. I appreciate how they take care of my business. Neha and her staff do a great job.

  My husband made an atm deposit the other night and after the atm took the deposit, the atm conveniently shut down. Husband goes into the branch the next day and none of those ladies were helpful. So I went to the branch just to find out that they had done nothing to get my money back and that I would have to wait another 24 hours before something happens.

  The absolute worst drive thru. Waited 20 minutes for a teller help me. This teller must've been eating breakfast bc the only other teller was with someone just talking for 15 minutes while signalling for me to wait. Will not go here again .

  ATM touch screen not functioning properly. Requires multiple taps to find sensor to move to next screen.

  Actually, the staff have always been very friendly and helpful whenever my family has needed to do any banking. I am sorry that others have not had a good experience.

  Takes forever to get help in the drive thru. Be prepared to sit in line for 30 minutes to do a simple deposit.

  Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes or so and no cars moved so I left.

  Atm is terrible! For Gods sake will you fix the freaking touch screen already. You make the funds.

  Made a withdrawal for $80 and the ATM never gave me my funds now I have to wait 10 days to get my money refunded. Such an inconvenience!!!!!!
