Jane Baik1This is the worst bank in terms of protection and customer service I’ve ever encountered. I’ve come across all sorts of issues with this BB&T/Truist and strongly discourage everyone from banking with them.

Tam Tam1This is terrible banking that I never seen , I arrive 15 before closing time, but door clock , I use AtM to made deposit but not go though, then I saw 1 lady knock door and they open for her to make deposit, I knock door too but they just look at me with out any signs that they close or tell me to wait event not close time yet , I give up , but right after I get on car , they open door for another lady , but not end yet . I go to supermarket and can't use that debit card don't know reason why , how badly that I have put all the stuff back .

Mark Fournier1The prior reviews are correct, these guys are not really helpful. Needed to cash a check drawn from their bank and they simply said "no" without giving me any options for getting taken care of. Didn't even offer me the option of opening an account and making a deposit with the check, which would've at least sounded better than just telling me no and given them the chance to convert a customer...... I think she just didn't want to deal with it 🤷♂️

Brett Gottuso1Honestly the worst level of customer service and communication I have ever witnessed across the board. The people at this bank, and also this branch in particular, are incapable of follow through and communication. i have been a customer with this bank for 13 years and the slightest thing you need or want done will end up being a slow and painful process you will end up regretting altogether. join another bank. trust me. you will be told completely incorrect and conflicting information many times. you will be on hold for 40 minutes every time you call a "customer service" rep, only to learn nothing new and waste more of your time. BB&T is below sub-par, it is a joke to all financial institutions and should be embarrassed at the level of effectiveness they are known for.

Eric G1Forcibly given a long-winded and unwanted sales pitch by a staff member while making a simple withdraw at the teller inside.
