Blaming processing time on one particular SunTrust branch is like walking into a Best Buy and yelling at the employees for online shipment taking too long--it's simply out of their hands. This branch is awesome. The employees are always kind and welcoming.

The Birmingham Crossroads Branch is a GREAT bank. The staff is VERY VERY helpful, cordial and friendly. The small branch gives a customer a feeling of belonging. The Birmingham Community is fortunate to have them!! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
