Richard McBride1This is hands down the most derelict bank on the planet. My account was hacked and all my money taken. We called bank immediately and they were not able to stop illegal money transfers because that department was closed. We now have to fill out forms they are sending in the mail and have them notarized before they can proceed with the investigation…. Meanwhile I have no money… this bank does not care about you or your money unless they’re taking money from you. They let my money disappear before my eyes and can give no guarantee when or if I will get my money back. Do not put your money in this bank. It may disappear. Now my direct deposit is jacked up and they can’t help me with that either… POS bank… 🤬🤬

Donald Cordle Jr.1All the Employees are still awesome as they was when it was BB&T bank. So I’m not complaining about the nice people that work at this branch. Since the Truist merger banking there is a nightmare with overdraft charges I use to never have that. They must have software to municipalate accounts so the can have it overdraft then charge fees. They way this Happened is the same way fith third starting to do this to me before the got caught and fined for it. Few years back. They hold checks longer now than ever before or have heard of. It’s impossible to get my own business started with this going on. They are against you and not for the customer. Looking to charge you anyway they can get away with. Or hold your deposit so the can use it for a up to 11 days free without having to pay Intrest on the money while the customer waits with his life on pause , so the big corporations can use their money for free. Would be interesting to know how many dollars a day across the USA the do that with? I’m pulling out as soon as I can. Nothing against the awesome people that have been nice and there for me with my banking the BB&T days. Thanks to all of you it was nice working with you.

James Williams1The head teller is very very RUDE. She talks down to some customers like they are kids. Sure wish BBT Was back. Parking is tight. All othere tellers are super nice. Been with First City and have went thru 5 different banks from First City to Truist. Have dealt with many tellers but this person is something else.

T Sarry1I never make any progress with this bank whenever I call. I had a woman tell me that she knew money had been posted to my account because “she’s been doing this for a long time” as if I’m not sitting here looking at my bank account online. Their staff is usually at least decent but this bank is terrible. Please switch to a better bank if you get the chance (BB&T will also charge you for switching).

david powell2So after the ATMs were broken and did not want the accept my cash deposit into the account, (My girlfriends) Which I was doing as a favor for her, I decided to go to the teller because I thought they'd be understanding of the issue. Nope. They said since I wasn't the person on the card that I couldn't deposit it. I explained that it was my girlfriends and I had already tried both ATMs and they both didn't accept. ( I knew the pin btw). You'd think because we both go there very often that they would work something out. Wrong again. Real piece of work this one.

Faith Destinee1I’ve been here multiple times. All the tellers are ridiculously rude. I wouldn’t use this bank if it was my last choice.

Jalil Townsend1I have horrible banking services with them . All they do is charge fees and lie to me. I have a pending charge from Monday and they promised me it will drop off today . Plus everytime I called kept getting hang up on and charge a 2 fee just to speak to someone about this issue. Once everything is settle I will be switching banks .

Madison Wycoff1The bank teller I associated with today was beyond rude. He would not do my requests without questioning me in a sassy tone, acting like he had a better solution. Just very disappointed.
