Gregory Smith1This bank is the closest to my work. I will never be returning to this bank. Ana Sariego seems to be the only person in the history of banking who asks nothing when you send your slips and cards through the tube. Not only does she ask zero questions, she provides zero actual assistance in paying anything I needed done. Instead I was simply given a post it note with a number on it and told to have a good day. Because why ask what someone needs when they visit a bank? The complete lack of customer service and awareness is astounding. I am left with excess fees due to her inability to do the one job assigned to her. Go to another location. This one is trash.

brackie bryant1I can’t believe this. I just left the most miserable branch in the country to seek help at this branch only to occur the same issues. No staff! No help whatsoever! Lie to my face saying they don’t close accounts at this branch. Said they don’t take walk ins until the afternoon? Seriously! Neither branch in Doral is helpful. They don’t care about customers at all! Pathetic liars who need training in a very bad way. How can you be in a busy district and have incompetents working at both locations. This is beyond frustrating it’s just sad.

B R5When the other suntrusts in the area did not answer their phone or never called me back. I understand people are busy but Roxana here helped me out right away. And was ready for me when I got there. Thank you for good customer service 🙌🏼

I called Suntrust and they helped, but still and unforgettably distasteful and frustrating experience. Its really too bad I can't give half stars...

Esteban Garcia1Vacation manager. 10 people waiting to be served, including older adults. With no employees in sight, there were 2 women and they left, almost on purpose it seemed. The only one that has been with people for an hour. Disastrous customer service.
