  Alexander "Alex" Prado at the Auto Desk, was, most definitely a pleasure to work with, he answered and returned calls immediately, no matter the time of day. His knowledge and guidance with vehicles was impeccable, which allowed us to make the best financial decision when purchasing our vehicle. Alex made the process a breeze and painless...thank you Alex!!! Also, Rosa Solórzano in Loan Services was wonderful and she explained the process in detail to us.   Always slow service weather it’s drive thru or inside. They have countless windows unmanned and they have two people at a window working on one issue. They also expect you to scream the amount of money you’re withdrawing and don’t understand what kind of bills you want.

  Ernesto Ortega and Alex Prado were extremely helpful in getting us our car loan with great rates. They made our car buying experience painless and cut down our wait time at the car dealer by roughly 75% and for rid of the annoying sales pitches and haggling. Excellent fast experience and would recommend them to anyone.

  I, don,t normally give reviews or cater to surveys, because they could be misleading. BUT! I feel who,s ever reading this, should feel confident as did I in the end of the process, that DCFCU rep Kriss Walters knows what he,s doing when it comes to putting you in a good car. He did it for me. gave me his personal phone number, answer every time I called, on a weekend. Called him Fri. had my car Mon. afternoon. THANKS again Kriss you,re the best.

  I purchased me a car today for the first time through Dade County Federal Credit Union and thanks to Alex Prado for making this a very easy, fast, and efficient experience for me. Everything was already processed and sent over to the dealer before I got there which made it even quicker than I thought. Thank you Alex Prado and DCFCU.

  When I contacted by Alex Pardo, he hit the grown running, he asked the type of vehicle I wanted and within 1 hour had provided viable options to choose from. He stayed in contact throughout the process, no matter what I asked of him he provided direct answers, 24 hours later I'm in my vehicle and completely satisfied. Also Craig Baines did a wonderful job with this entire process thank you very much for providing excellent service and professionalism to both of these guys.
