  Been a customer of this Suntrust branch for 9 years. This USED to be the most customer centric branch in the area. Sadly, the legacy employees who made it great have left post merger into Truist, and have been replaced with BB&T resources, who do not embody the Suntrust customer culture. The new resources, including the managers, have a BB&T mindset. The new Truist bank acts like BB&T, where personal bankers hang up on customers, and managers hide behind process. Customer concerns are not heard, and advocacy for the customer no longer exists. I do not recommend Truist to a friend based upon the experiences at this branch.

  I love this Sun trust on Jacaranda and 41. In south Venice . I use them a few times a week because we own a pet salon in Venice. There always very professional, willing to help and go out of there way for you to be a happy customer. Highly recommended . Not to mention very nice people work there. ♡

  Mrs. Smith was extremely knowledgeable, and very happy to exhaust all of her resources to help me in all of my mortgage and banking needs on a Saturday no less! It is caring people like this that every company desires.

  friendly staff and always willing to help 9/16 went back today and it was a different experience. Little Miss Jen must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed was very rude in drive-thru
