Merrill Dougherty1Swan Creek Rt. 40 Branch closing in February. It's getting old when you go to the drive thru (like this morning) and they have a sigh up " Temporary closed"... or We will open at 2:30pm. I use this bank for all my business banking. Just not good business not to let your customers know of any change in their business hours. They could Text, email or post a change of hours in advance on the drive-up window... With that said I love the friendly customer service I receive from their team. Cindy, Kim, Julie and Tanya, you will be missed...

Tom Adkins1Over the last few months BB&T has declined my withdrawals from ATM machines for suspected fraud on three occasions. I have plenty of money in the account but the transaction gets declined. I put in my BB&T card, use my PIN and yet it still declines for suspected fraud. 36 minutes to talk to customer service. After 32 years, I'm done with this bank. They will not hold my money hostage any longer.

Hidden Figures5I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff everytime I go in. Most of the negative reviews are from years ago so I think they weeded out the issue with staff. Unfortunately this branch is closing permanently soon, I wish them all luck at their new locations! I'll miss your friendly additudes!

ToTheXRP1DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR BUSINESS!!! Typical big bank attitude, if you have less than $100k in your account, they could care less about any of your problems!!!! What a nice way to treat a small business during our struggling times in this pandemic!

Johnese Bullock1Clerk looked at me and asked me where my (payroll) check was from. Would not cash my check, stating the computer said give it back to me. She never punched any keys nor did she call to verify. RACIST!!

Ausup5Everyone seems very friendly - manager helped me with all of my questions, and the cashier knew me by name literally the second time I walked in. Always lovely when you're doing errands and get to be around such wonderful people, who go above and beyond to make your day better!
