  A great experience from beginning to end. Great information after the the mortgage was completed on home values, Mike is available after closing no matter what and the mortgage is not sold so there’s never a question of where to make your payment. Definitely would recommend them to everyone!

  My wife and I bought our first home, working with Mike and the SWBC team in the process. I cannot believe how amazing it was! I was struck at how professional, communicative and patient he was with us. We were sent charts with number breakdowns, along with personalized videos explaining it all along the way. On top of that, he would let us ask any/all questions until his ears were probably ready to fall off, but always assured us he was happy to help. I truly mean it when I say that he made this process virtually stress-free for us. I could not recommend Mike highly enough. Great mortgage professional and an even better man!   When I first contacted Mike at SWBC Mortgage I had very little hope. Mike stepped in and worked so hard with helping me to purchase my first home. It was an uphill battle but he fought for me to the end. My first time dealing with an mortgage advisor and he was truly the best.   We had a wonderful experience working with Mike Thomas at SWBC Mortgage. Not only is he helpful and knowledgeable, he is kind and patient. He genuinely took an interest during this time in our lives, and I feel like we went through this process together. He happily answered calls promptly and worked efficiently. (And some of those calls were out of business hours!) He empathizes with first home buyers and understands how new and confusing buying a house can be.   Mike did a fantastic job laying out our refinancing options and explaining them. He always responded quickly when there was a question and kept us informed throughout each step of the process so we were never left wondering what was happening or where we stood.   Working with Mike to secure my loan was a great experience. I was a first time home buyer and already well positioned to buy a home with a good rate. I could have pretty much gone with any lender. However, I am very happy that I decided on SWBC not only because they offered a seamless process, but having Mike as my loan officer allowed me to achieve a complete understanding of my loan options. Mike was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I could tell he was, and still is looking out for my best interest. Mike's use of technology was a major plus because I could instantly see all of the financial minutia with each loan option right on the app which updates in real time. His suggestions were greatly appreciated especially because he knows his stuff regarding the housing market which can potentially save a lot of money in the long run. Would definitely recommend!
