      DO NOT use BB&T they are the worst bank I’ve ever used and I actually ended up in some trouble because of their mistakes. They deposited a check in my account that didn’t have my name on it after I was REPEATEDLY assured that it would be returned and I would be charged a $12 fee. Well, the police got involved and they pretty much tried to play it off on me. They THOUGHT it was my word vs theirs. But I happen to have a call recorder on my phone at the time and have every call that I’ve made to them where they assured me the check would be returned and not credited to my account. Thankfully, I got a competent attorney and everything should work out. Once it does, I will be looking into suing them. My whole life has been disrupted for MONTHS due to a careless mistake and then they tried to put it on me. WORST BANK EVER! Suntrust was better than this!! I would also like to note that Hope Walk is who I spoke with in Adel about this whole thing. She told me to go talk to the Valdosta branch since “that’s where you opened your account”. Pass the buck much?
