Nick Wilkins599 0/0 of time I use their ATM for deposits or cash needs. It's there on my schedule and I've never had an issue in the 10+ year's banking there. Much better than the other one just up the street.

Penny Reitz5SunTrust is the only bank I have ever used. Florida Mercer, Gray Highway branch, is MY banker. She has opened accounts for me, suggested new accounts, helped me with my mom's account, and has even lended an ear when I needed one. Mrs. Mercer is an asset to Suntrust. I can count on her assistance for all of my financial needs.

James D. Pippin1Their hours are wrong concerning the drive-thru. They also said they would combine my checking and savings account onto one debit card but, when I used itkept pulling money from my savings account and I got charged several fees for excessive fees for excessive withdrawals. They would not reimburse me even though they were the ones who kept telling me to keep trying to use this card because in their words it would eventually pulled from my checking account. It never did and I racked up multiple fees for excessive withdrawals. Since they refused to reimburse me I just overdrafted the amount that they owed me and never went back. I strongly discourage anyone from using this branch. They give false information and it really seems like they have no clue what they're doing. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH OF SUNTRUST!!!!

Crissy Price1The tellers at the gray highway location are by far the rudest people I have personally ever delt with. If you ask a question you are treated as an inconvenience. If they do give you an answer they are very rude and condescending. I will be moving my accounts to another bank that actually cares about their customers. Zero stars!! Do better for your customers who do decide to stay SunTrust!!!

Jackson Five1This is the worst bank and it's only the one on the Eastside of Macon I think ms.Florida that's her name she is over the bank on the east side of Macon every time I was trying to close my mother's account they would not let me I had her a death certificate and I had a power of attorney paper which I know that once my mom died I cannot use power of attorney but I could use her death certificate my mother was also grieving over her mother and she left an account open with her and her mother on the account but it started overdrafting now I know everything might be my mom's fault but these people on the east side SunTrust Bank could have had sympathy like the SunTrust on pionono she let me close both accounts with both death certificates THE BRANCH MANAGER DID.. VERY VERY VERY SWEET LADY I do not have to go to court I did not have to be your power of an estate she let me close both accounts and with an overdraft fee. I hope they close the one on the east side though the one on pionono has had some heat especially with someone trying to rob them. I hope that they keep that one open on pionono do not go to the one on the east side they are the worst if it wasn't for the one pionono I would be at robins Federal credit Union

Jennie Smith1Thank you SunTrust Bank on Gray Highway in Macon, Georgia for closing the doors promptly at 4:59 est and telling myself and an elderly gentleman that you were "Closed, no exceptions" while three tellers lounged on the corners of their desks watching myself and the elderly man stand in the rain to "come back tomorrow." Extremely DISAPPOINTED with your branch and ashamed you put your elderly clients through this. I hope that veteran promptly withdraws his funds and takes his business to a better group a leisurely ladies.

Jennifer Moore2Established an estate account several months ago. The rep never told me that monthly mailed statements have a monthly fee and to avoid it I needed to sign up for online banking INSIDE THE BRANCH. After several months of fees, I call customer service to be led to believe I can do this online alone. A technician tells me that I have to go inside a branch to sign up. Not looking forward to entering this branch again.
