  I must admit, it’s so great to give a compliment rather than a complaint….. My experience here at First Franklin is always wonderful, the ladies are always in a great mood and gives excellent customer service, from the office manager to the front line employees.

  I came here after being denied and treated like I had leprosy at Sunbelt credit in Macon. I felt horrible and had no idea how I was going to pay my light bill after burying my Mom in Florida and my job cut my hours down so that I can grieve . I was short 300 and they blessed me with what I needed! I literally cried when they gave me the check because I didn't know how or who could I borrow from considering I dont have any real family around but God touched First financial hearts and made my day and was there for me during my darkest days. Thank you and I pray this company will be prosperous!
