  The entire bank staff showed up at 9:00 am when the bank was supposed to be opening. The staff then told me there would be a delay in opening because of staffing issues. The staffing issues where the staff was late for work

  The staff was extremely helpful and fit me in without an appointment for a much needed wire transfer. Wanpen Farren was very courteous, professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this branch.

  This place is great! Everyone is super friendly. Wanpen and Fatima are really nice and have helped me set up multiple accounts. I do both my personal and business banking here and I have also set up accounts here with my au pairs who speak Spanish, so it’s very helpful that they always have a person who speaks Spanish working. I have never encountered anyone here who was anything less than pleasant, friendly, smiling and helpful.

  Always something with BB&T, the ATM is always broke or the hours are incorrect. So over them.

  Look no further than the Senior VP, John Murkey, who I observed losing his mind over having to wait less than ONE MINUTE to be checked out at a store recently. Then he was rude to the cashier. This, folks, is why the customer service here is lacking. Look who leads them.

  Poor customer service...they will look at you and ignore you at the same time! Rude! The ATM is always BROKE. Taking my money elsewhere! I only gave them 1 * because I couldn't give a 0.

  This bank has an ATM but all the time it does not work better than they throw it away bad service
