Johns Pixel 3 XL1Stay away from this branch.Zero customer service. Bankers and tellers cannot be bothered to help you. Bankers sit in their offices talking to each other, not making eye contact with the people who have money in their bank.Close down this branch! The Annapolis branch of Truist on Generals Highway is much more customer-friendly. Customers, don't waste your time here!

BiggySean771Absolutely disgusted with this branch. Not with some of the employees there but the management surely has me fired up. Needed a simple “letter head” or basically a letter to verify my banking accounts for personal reasons. Not only did management refused to help me in house, they directed me to the 1800 number for my request. They told me it had to be handled at my branch so I returned only to be refused again and then told to fax a “request letter” to receive needed documentation, and said I would be charged $30!! Faxed letter TWICE, also mailed. NO RESPONSE. The real kicker showing how they don’t know what they’re doing, I went to another branch less than 10 minutes down the road and they helped me with everything I needed in less than 20 minutes. FOR FREE! I’m never going to this place again for anything and neither should you. They almost pushed my frustrations to the point of closing my accounts permanently and finding a new bank to work with. Absolutely absurd customer service.

Kyle Williams1From the sign on the door they say the lobby is closed but the drive thru is open. Ok ok. I’m good with that. I go to the drive thru but it’s closed. This inconsistent and inadequate information has been my experience with them on a couple of occasions.

James Doyle5I am continually impressed with the high professional standards and courtesy of the staff at this SunTrust branch. Having recently relocated to the USA, setting up my account and banking services included several non-standard complexities requiring careful navigation. The staff persevered despite the occasional difficulty cropping up beyond their control, and were keenly customer focussed. I find them diligent in their work, supportive of my personal needs, and that they communicate and explain due process well. If this is a measure of what I can expect from SunTrust then I know I’ve chosen the right bank.

Margaret Hughes-Baldwin1It would be nice if they would answer the phone and return calls. I have been a customer for a long time and I'm ready to look elsewhere. I can't imagine what impression potential customers have. Very disappointing.

Adri Berg1I am a former bank branch manager (not SunTrust) and this branch needs some management. The Drive thru wait is ridiculously long...get more tellers than 2...it is a hit and miss if you are even acknowledged at the drive thru. I run 3 separate business accts and they have combined deposits, they have made deposits in the wrong account....I wish Edgewater branch was still open, what a great bunch that was there. If there was another branch in Annapolis I would go there.

Christine Krone1Wish ZERO stars was an option. Total incompetence. Could not be bothered trying to help close a lien. It has taken several phone calls and in person visits and still not resolved. I don't understand why a simple letter saying "account closed" takes 3 different corporate offices and weeks to mail out. I strongly encourage you to take your banking business elsewhere.

Candace Love1I have been a customer at this bank and the other location on Generals Highway for over 20 years. Yesterday 7/9/19 was the first time I walked out of SunTrust an unhappy customer. The person working at the desk was not able to answer my question regarding my IRA because it was another department Usually the people at the desk go out of their way and have even call to find the answers to my questions Not yesterday, I was told to keep checking my account on line for the deposit and withdrawal of my IRA account I called Suntrust when I got home and sure enough the 2 Customer Service rep went out of there way to provide an answer to my question.

Darcy Hutchison1The absolute worst customer service! Most frustrating experience of my life has been trying to payoff a auto loan from my decesaed father with this self proclaimed "BIG BANK" as the Easton manager so arogantly informed me. You would think they would be happy to provide me with a letter to give to MVA confirming the payoff ( I understand it takes a while to get the actual lein release)So I can get my tags, BUT NO 10-14 days for the back office to process it. So I got my check back and told them to shove it! Trucks in a deceased mans name only with no estate or asssets to attach so they can take a beating on a repo auction. All over a piece of paper. Sound Business move BIG BANK
