      For whatever reasons that I do not agree with, corporate level decided to keep this branch locked during the pandemic. However, if you knock a banker will let you in. This has minimized the foot traffic in the bank and created long lines for the drive thru. Many customers have lost their patience due to the excessive wait times. I have seen several things that I believe would help this particular branch.. if the bankers were cross trained with the teller job, they can help the teller line. There is no foot traffic inside so most of the time, the bankers are just sitting there. If they helped with the teller line, both drive thru lines would move along faster. Also, the cash counter machine is terrible. A teller can take up to 45 minutes with a large cash deposit because the machine keeps jamming. If “Truist” would invest a couple dollars in a new machine, they would maximize the employees time. It’s crazy, it’s frustrating and now I hear they are losing another teller because the foot traffic does not exist. This is going to hurt the branch even more. I am a happy customer because I love the tellers and the manager. They are always friendly and seem to make each customer their number one priority. I’m sorry to keep seeing good tellers go. Hang in there guys. I know you are doing the best you can with the circumstances you’ve been provided.

      This is the branch for you if you enjoy the tellers sharing your financial information with other customers. Every time I go into this branch the tellers always tell everyone in the bank my name, the type and amount of my transactions. They do not have any respect for customer privacy?

      There is always a long wait. I waited well over 30 minutes on my last Visit and am now waiting over 10 minutes. I'm pretty sure it's bad management on drive thru. I understand if they are short staffed but they should be able to keep at least one person at drive thru to keep things moving.

      Banker by the name of Fariba Fatahi was very rude and unprofessional as I was trying to open an new account yesterday. The saddest part was she was not the even the banker helping me. She kept inserting herself in our conversation. The issue was I have fraud protection over my social security number and was working on temporarily lifting the freeze to open the account. Fariba Fatahi acted as if I was an inconvenience to the bank during the process because customers waiting did NOT want to be assisted by her they wanted to be assisted by my banker I was working with. I now know why they refused her. More than once she repeated that it would be too long of a process and waste of time that I should come back another day to her coworker and I had to call her out on repeating herself. I was so disgusted by her and her rude statements. I decided not to open any accounts at Suntrust. I am happy with my decision now knowing they have been bought by BB&T.

      They are very slow. A person had an issue with his account and the account maintenance didn't come out to help and the line was out to the door. And when we asked if she could come help out the tellers she said she can't.

      Worst suntrust service I've ever been to, they only have one teller at most times and lobby doors are still closed, moving my account to another bank.

      Horner Rd branch only has two tellers today. Line/time waiting unsatisfactory. One of the tellers also manning the drive up window!. Third bank rep sitting at a desk?

      Well i personally don't understand why the consumers are fussin about every time i came to this bank for almost a year now and i had no issues with the staff here they been very kind and courtious to me and i'm in a wheel chair and they even go out of their way including the manager to open both of their doors for me both comming inside and outside without any problems or regret or even a service charge i never had a bank do that for me and i'm not from around this area.
