Ben Brown1Horrible Bank, fees are almost double than any other bank, mobile deposit is a nightmare. Spent over an hour 2 days in a row till I finally got someone so I could close my acct before they found some other charge or fee to beat me out of, sad when all the thing's going on right now like covid that your bank feels the need to jerk you around as well. Would never recommend this bank, or truist or whatever there changing to. Nothing personal about this particular branch even though I opened my account there. But SunTrust overall not a good experience

Sunny Day1This branch employs a red headed lady who appears to be about 65 years old. Her name is Jodi and she sits behind the desk and is not a teller. Anyway I needed to have a wire transfer done and this lady acted like I was more of a nuisance rather than a customer. I told her I would be glad to go to another branch if I was impeding on her break or something. After some words were exchanged, I decided to go to another branch but not before I told her she was absolutely the rudest person I've ever seen and very unprofessional. As I was getting up to leave, she yelled "I'm going to make a note of that". So I then gave her the "finger" and told her to make a note of that. If you ever go into this branch, do yourself a favor and avoid the 65-year-old redheaded behind the desk named Jodi.

Debbie Allen4I have never had a problem with this branch. The staff is polite and helpful. On the rare occasion that I've bad an issue with our account, they have always resolved the issue to my benefit.

Holly1On what planet does SunTrust reside? No NFC at pretty much ALL of their ATMs. Drove all over looking for one.... 1.4 hours of wasted time. Time to get with the program people.
