  There was only 1 person ahead of me in line, but it took 30 minutes for the teller to be ready to assist me. (all tellers closed for a short time) While there were other employees sitting at their desks looking at their cell phone. Teller was rude. Will consider taking my banking needs elsewhere.

  I've used BB&T online services for 10+ years. Simple. Easy. I go to this branch at 12:15. There's one clerk. One window open during lunchtime on a Monday. I'm NOT spending my time waiting online. I'll go elsewhere.

  I really don't like this branch. When ur account is low on cash, they look at you as if you are low class! Some of them are so rude and some are just faking their hello. I only go here because it's convenient.

  The worst branch. So glad BB&T is now truist so I can bank at other locations.

  I’ve never really had trouble with any BB&T branch until today. I brought in a check made out to my wife to cash so I could buy tires for her car. Keep in mind that I’ve been depositing these same checks at BB&T for over 3 years with no problem. I’ve been depositing them for over a year and a half at this particular branch. Today, the lady that helped me REFUSED to cash it or do anything else with it because it had a business name on it. The check was not made out to her business, but to her personally and we have a joint account. I explained everything to her but she still refused and even went to the manager and she also refused. I then took the check to a different branch and they had no problem with it. I understand you have a job to do, but also you need to understand that you’re taking care of people’s money and situations that you have no idea about. Customer service isn’t hard.

  The ladies at this branch are always super helpful and friendly. When you enter the branch everyone says "Hi! Welcome to BB&T." Their enthusiasm sets the tone for the entire visit at the bank.

  The people are really slow i waited 10 minutes for them to cash a bb&t check. It's alway a issue with the Asian lady miss counting money i will no longer do business with this location the one by downtown lawrenceville is the best in my opinion

  This BB&T is the worst! Their atm that’s supposed to be 24/7 never works! Can’t deposit money ever! There is always a problem with the atm!

  Their brand new touch screen atm doesn't work (screen not responding) as of July 2nd. Lots of frustrated people in line.

  The worst BB&T I ever been to they must only have 1 working in this 1 because it took 45 min in drive through Frfr it crazy how they closed lanes why cars are in it 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️
