Mt Airy Branch is absolutely the BEST. . .especially Beth. She is personable, professional & convinced me to come back to Suntrust. After a truly horrible (worst in my life with ANY bank) & nightmare with the Damascus branch - particularly the manager - I left and made sure that any and all friends, neighbors, those at church etc - knew what they were doing to ppl. Living here for over 45 years, word of mouth is HUGE & reputation is tremendous. Although I live in a very short distance from the Damascus branch, I drive to another town further away (Mt Airy) - because THEY appreciate our business. The entire staff is superb. When you have a great team leader, that positive attitude breeds. KUDOS to ppl like them - making ppl like me- come bk to ppl like you!
