  First bank in years that DID NOT charge me to cash my paycheck as a non-account-holder. Woot! Just like the good old days when all banks would honor checks written from their bank. Woot! Also very timely, professional and friendly.

  The new Truist location in Germantown is next to impossible to use since it is adjacent to Chick-fil-A. They share the same parking lot which is insufficient for Chic-fil-A traffic much less going to the Truist Bank. Incredibly poor planning. Best to find another Bank unless you like sitting in traffic.

  Staff more on a Saturday, drive thru wait times are 20+ minutes! Lobby also is not open for banking, you have to make an appointment. BS. They are milking it because of Covid, open your lobby and stop making banking hard to access for your customers.

  The tellers are very nice. But for months every time I go in I have been hounded by them and another guy that works there that I really should be looking into a Credit Card with BB&T and that I more than qualify to get one. I finally gave in to get one for minor purchases that I make and sat down with the lady who I guess does the CC applications. She told me I *ONLY* needed to fill out certain parts of the application and that she would put it through. Really felt like she wasn't helping me at all. One week after, I was denied a CC despite having a good credit score and history. Long story short, they aren't actually very helpful at that location. BB&T as a whole is pretty nice and I have been with them for 9 years now but this location is pretty irritating. Go elsewhere for banking services.

  Worse BBT I have ever dealt with. The tellers are rude and slow. Everytime I go to this location they cannot cash my check for one reason or another so i drive 20 minutes to a different location and have no problems. The tellers need to be trained again.. They are always asking other tellers how to do this and how to do that causing me to spend 30+ minutes just to cash a check. I read some other reviews and it seems many other customers have the same issues. This BBT needs help starting with new staff.

  I came here with a check from my job and I felt like the lady who was helping me didn't think that the check was mine. I told her I came here bc it was the bank on the check and wanted to call my job to verify if it was mine. I was so mad and embarrassed. Long story short after waiting about another 10 mins she told me she couldnt cash it bc she couldn't verify with my job bc they were closed and bc it was a big amount. Never goin to another bb&t again bc I felt uncomfortable like I did something wrong.

  I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THID BANK AGAIN! When I go to any other BB&T, they don't have to "verify" my ADP check. Other people have walked in this branch with ADP checks, and havent received the harassment I have taken for more than 3 months. I suggest you find another BB&T to do business because, these people legit stereotype.

  I was illegally denied service at this bank by a very rude teller. Actually I think she was just too lazy to do the work because there is no reason that I should’ve been turned away.
