  On Friday, November 19, 2020 only 2 customers were in the Drive Thru. One man standing and 1 lady in a car. I pulled up at 1:45 pm just to cash a check. Could have used the ATM but i need some tens and fives but ATM dont give out that type money. I waited exactly 33 minutes to be waited on. The drive thru is not where you can back out of line so I was stucked. I called in and a young girl pleasantly placed me on hold. I waited... for 12.26 minutes for someone to answer the phone. No luck so I hung up.. . I left YOUR drive thru at 2.23pm. Wow! As a retired Bank Teller of 40 years plus, I experienced Poor customer service. I just couldnt believe it. This was unacceptable!. My previous boss and bank would have written some one up. Our job was to press toward 3 to 5 minutes serving the client and at least apologize to the next client pulling up. Check this out! No Starsfor you.

  On a Friday at 3 pm. Only one drive thru lane open. Seriously took me an hour to get my money. This is terrible. Makes me want to switch my bank accounts....do better bbt. I'm switching

  We have banked with BB&T for years. But they only have the drive through open now and the speed of service is abysmal. I do not have time to wait 45 minutes to make a cash deposit. Totally ludicrous.

  Terrible service. Only 2 people working, neither friendly or happy to be there. Neither was helpful or assuring that someone would help me soon. One of the people was the Branch Manager. Place was dead and had the feel as if they were about to close even though they had just opened. Being the only person in there, I left after no one came to talk to me.

  Heather is terribly smug. After messing up on a deposit, she tried blaming me. Will be closing all of my accounts as soon as they get all of my money back to my account!
