Brian Conlee1This WAS an excellent branch .... Since the switch to Truist and the closing of the Morrison Plantation branch they have a teller that got transfered that was the ABSOLUTE worst at her previous branch with customer service. I called and spoke with manager and received an apology . Low and behold after 3 years she was transfered downtown now and same absolutely condescending ,rude and unhelpful attitude packaged behind a malicious and the fakest smile a person could encounter. I won't say her name here because I have an appointment to speak with the branch manager but if you go through the drive through and are unlucky enough to have a teller whose name rhymes with candy then I am truely sorry for you because the likely good of receiving excellent customer service is slim to none. This is why people leave banks and choose other financial institutions for there needs . Something I would think people would care about in management. Worst teller ever ,and in 20 years the only one I have ever encountered like this. How she keeps her job I can not imagine because she has to be the worst I have ever encountered at a bank anywhere.

reg sprat1I don't recommend this bank. I know 5 people with accounts there and at least 3-4 times a year any one of them has their account hacked. This has been going on for about 5 years now, since they signed up. Truist/SunTrust always fixes the accounts, but thats besides the point!!

Jim Leary1The teller at the drive-thru is The Worst. This used to be a quick friendly atmosphere. Now it is very unpleasant.

Audreana Cornelissen1My boyfriend wasseriously waiting in the car line since 4:10 pm and as soon as he gets up to the window they close down at 5:10 pm. Absolutely ridiculous, terrible service, terrible bank. Constant problems with this bank but this takes the cake. Seriously closing right as soon as he gets up there when he’s been waiting an hour? The day before Christmas Eve and now certain payments can’t be made, awful service.

Ashley Atwell1After 17 years and at least 6 loans later, I WILL be leaving this bank. Ive never had a more horrific experience. After a week and a half of phone tag for a loan, I went to my rescheduled appt (their employee was sick and they never told me. I show up to the 1st appt to be told Id have to wait another 3 days). The woman was NOT prepared at all when I arrived. Literally asked me the same ?a I had given her answers to 10x's. Worst part she told me I was coming in to sign paperwork, but yet I was denied the loan. Called to speak to the manager just to be told by a teller she wasn't available and I was wrong for feeling the way I did. NEVER again will they get my business.

Kathleen McDowell5After getting the run around with an account issue on the 800 number... I contacted my local branch and Katie Bartlett was amazing! She went out of her way to help me. I have a crazy schedule and this was so helpful. Katie keep up the awesome work! Much appreciated!

200 MPH1WHAT THE **** KIND OF BANK IS CLOSED on a Saturday. I called a different branch and asked them why and they said because of staffing and not as much traffic. This is Mooresville. It grew 12% last year. Sounds like your employees dont want to work for a couple hours on a Saturday. Too bad. Pay them a little more and start staffing. I should be able to have the option to go to my bank on a Saturday like Most banks do! Also the ATM at this location is broken most of the time. BB&T is a mainstream bank. There is NO excuse for them to pick and choose when they want to be open. That is completely uncalled for. I'm taking my money out and going somewhere else where they know how to run a business in the year 2019.

Charlene Clarke1All of the tellers except for 1 have Awful Awful attitudes. They act like it kills them to help customers I just opened a business account about 3 months ago and pretty sure I will be closing it because my husband and I work too hard to walk in a bank and put up with nasty attitudes! Someone needs to train these tellers and teach them how customer service works!! If I could give Negative 20 stars or more I would!

Brandon Blevins2Be careful going to this bank. I cashed a check I won 1000.00 lottery on, then when I went to use a 50.00 bill they gave me, it turned out to be counterfeit. I can't believe a banking institute you should be able to trust gave me a 50.00 counterfeit. Its distressing to know that your money isn't safe even getting it from a bank. Now I understand why people want to hide their money under their mattress at home, and of course when I called, they were quick to make it clear there is nothing they could or would do anything about it except report it. I use to be a cop, so hopefully the secret service will get the report and investigate how this could happen. Of course, this situation is just another example of lost confidence in our institutions that are suppose to keep our money safe.

Mark Blizard1No integrity! Misrepresented loan terms and now trying to cover tracks. Won't turn over their errors & omissions insurance policy. Guess I'll have to take legal action. Run! Don't walk from BB&T. Hope SunTrust straightens them out. They're my next call to fix this mess.
