  Person walking through the drive through window at the bank tied up for over 20 mins. Should have redirected them inside when their issue could not be resolved. Ridiculous to have the inside of bank closed except by appointment only and have only 1 drive through teller servicing 2 lanes! Wish I could have given no stars!!!!!

  When I have been in for routine transactions, the staff was helpful and friendly. When it came time for some bigger transactions, no one even bothered to return a call — I will be taking my business-banking (and my money) elsewhere ... I don’t just need a teller, I need a real banker who is familiar with me, the local market, etc. who can respond quickly.

  Slowest service at the window. Still can’t go in. Waited over 15 mins during the lunch hour just to make a withdrawal

  Friendly staff but unfortunately has lost the home town bank feel as they no longer make decisions locally

  Extremely slow. Bring a blanket, pillow and a movie while you wait.
