Hadley Winthrop1Truist! How can a financial institution LOSE MY CAR TITLE!? I have been trying to work with the incompetent customer service line for months, first trying in December. Every agent has a different answer - you have no uniformed training on your policies, how is that possible?! I am trying to register my car in another state and need my car title. I haven't been able to drive my car in months and yet I have to pay my loan to you - where is the service?? I ask for manager call backs but I get put on hold for an hour and then get hung up on, or promised I'd be called back and no one calls. Someone who gets paid a salary, who has the authorization to help, who has been trained and know what they're doing, please call me, email me, do something!!!

Sociable Media5I was searching for a bank with a lot of benefits, and close to my job so that I can go during my lunch. I reach out and was contact with Reggie. He was so helpful and answer all of my ongoing questions. The next day I walked in and was greeted with a smile. Reggie provides excellent customer service which is real hard to find now a days. I give this bank five stars and two thumbs up. Great Job😊

Richard Eib1Worst bank ever. The account opening experience online was pain free, but when it comes to them getting you debit cards so that you can actually use your accounts and make deposits outside of business hours, three weeks later, we're still waiting. Requested that a fee be reversed because their system is backwards and does not reflect pending transactions that are not cards and we were informed that because it's a new account, they could not, despite the fact that funds were credited to the account on the day the ACH was withdrawing. Like others have said, long lines, poor service and lacking in knowledge. You're better off opening an account with a bank that knows what it is doing.

Amy Katz5From the time you are greeted at the door until you leave - 5 -Star service. Even though the transactions are difficult, every staff member is there to help. Reggie has gone over and above.
