This branch have no sense of urgency. The service is very inconsistent but mostly not good. Since we have to use the drive though, you would think they would want to give you 2 to 3 withdraw slips; if you ask, so you can be ready to do business when you pull up. This would help get the line down a little faster. Not this branch!!! It's just easier and faster to do business at the other 2 branches that I now have to visit because of the inconsistent service.

They are understaffed. They will make you wait 45 minutes to an hour before they even acknowledge that you’re there. Jonathan the manager is either overwhelmed or under train for his position

The teller is friendly and professional but the past few times I have gone around 2 pm and there was only one teller. I understand the employees have to have a lunch break but I work in customer service and we have 2 employees at all times. The idea of one person running the drive through and traffic inside the bank is insane. Honestly I would give it one star if the one teller working was not so polite.

Worst bank ever. ATM is broken and there's only one. Inside isn't as clean and well kept as Chase, Wells Fargo, etc. The app makes absolutely no sense. Constantly asks you for a pin they email you. You can't do mobile deposits over $1000. Definitely signing up for a different bank asap.

After weeks of extensive teller training in Atlanta, I continued my training at this location but had to quit after 3 days for the sole reason that Mrs. Smita Brahmbhatt, the Indian teller manager here, was verbally abusing me. She was extremely mean, rude, and demeaning towards me. She made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable the days I trained under her. She would verbatim say that I was making her headache worse, that I counted money like a child, and that she did not want me to burden the other tellers when she was away on vacation. Smita would purposely take my chair when there were no clients in the lobby, forcing me to stand up, even when she and the other tellers were sitting. She told me she did not trust me and would continuously compare me to other tellers that have worked months before me. If any of the other tellers would try to help me or comfort me, she would take them into another room and tell them not to talk to me. When I cried at work because of her, Smita said, and I quote, “You have to stop with all this crying stuff.” Stacy Rhine, the branch manager here, would watch Smita treat me this way and say nothing. When Smita was out of the room, Stacy would be so nice and friendly with me, but acted completely different when Smita was near. Other tellers have quit and complained to Human Resources about the management at this location but nothing has been done. One of the tellers even told me she cried on her first day too because of Smita, and that is not okay. I only worked here for 3 days and could not bear to work another day under her. Mrs. Smita Brahmbhatt needs to retire already, quit, or be fired for treating her employees and her clients this way.

Joke of a branch. Every time I’ve come they take forever, and refused to cash BOTH Economic Impact Payment checks I tried to cash here, citing “The system is down.” both times, in April 2020 and January 2021. What. A. Joke.

I went to this branch to resolve an issue. I met with Stephanie Jones who told me, before I even sat at her desk, that she could not help me because of banking regulations. I asked to speak to manager Patel, who echoed the same unwilliness to help. I left this branch and went directly to another branch where the staff resolved the problem, and provided the customer service that I expected from a bank. I have been a Suntrust customer for over two decades and have never seen this lack of customer service. Suntrust seriously need to provide customer service training to these two staff at the Sugarloaf branch.

This is a great bank. They always have good service, and it's usually not crowded.
