      Went in for help with an account I’ve had for years. I dealt with Rachel. Don’t understand why anyone would need to speak so loudly about someone’s account information while I’m in a local small business shirt. She completely belittled me and downplay and my situation in front of many in the bank

      UGH! Worst customer service on the planet - first their ATM machine ate my Chase Bank debit card (excuse? "Gee that happens sometimes....") then the OD charge system I put in place TWICE fails and "we can't find it..." so today, I get hit with $108 in service charges. SunTrust used to be a wonderful bank - now they blow. No customer loyalty and no community care...they have become the machine. :( I'm moving the rest of my money to Chase.

      Their policy is "We Don't Care" Most inept bank ever. I actually had to file a complaint with the Comptroller and state regulatory board. If I could give zero stars I would have.

      Have been banking here for years , now they want us to "make an appointment like you do with a Doctor" !!! In am sorry ?? I have to make an appointment to do business with my money ? Wow going to loss my personal and business accounts if this is new policy ! Chasing me away !!
